Statement
I am submitting pictures on behalf of my son, Connor Nettleton, age 17. He has tattoos covering up his scars across his back from 5 kidney surgeries at the age of 7. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease after an undiagnosed bilateral upj obstruction. Since then he has also been diagnosed with Addison’s Disease, an extremely rare, life threatening medical condition that causes his adrenal glands to fail. He also has POTS and hypertension. He is willing to do any interviews.
